UK P&P (FREE on orders over £69)

£2.95 - £4.95 Most products such as collar charms, ID Tags, collars, leads, bandanas, harnesses, t-shirts, dresses, jumpers, coats, toys, dog bowls, treats, small accessories etc.

£4.95+ - Larger Items (Parcel) or Orders over 1kg

How long does delivery take?

We ship out orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days.
Delivery is via Royal Mail within 1-3 business days. (UK Only)

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during peak season (Xmas) and Bank Holidays.

If your order/part order is not in stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 10 days.

If your order is time-sensitive we urge you to email us to check stock/delivery times at: support@poochiefashion.co.uk

Delivery times are calculated in working days - Monday to Saturday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays).

If you order at Weekend or Bank holiday, your order will be placed the following working day. 

What If my order does not arrive?

Please contact us if the expected delivery time has passed. 

We cannot proceed with a claim for lost goods until at least 10 working days after the expected delivery date with Royal Mail. (UK).

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Your patience in these circumstances is greatly appreciated and we will of course keep you informed. Please allow up to 14 days in the event your product is out of stock.

If, in the unlikely event, that we are not able to send your items within 14 days we will contact you and if you are in agreement arrange another time for delivery of your order. If we cannot arrange another time for delivery we will gladly refund any money you may have paid and/or cancel the order.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

What if I'm not in?

If you're not in when your items are delivered they will usually be taken to your local sorting office (or depot if a courier is used) and a card will be put through your door. A signature will usually be required to receive or collect an order.

Please do not ask for your parcel to be left  in a 'safe place' Ie: at the back door. We use a Signed For delivery service and goods will not be left without a signature.

DELIVERY TO NORTHERN IRELAND

To Our Valued NI Customers,

From 13th December 2024, the EU will introduce the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

Unfortunately, guidance on these new rules has been unclear, and they will cause challenges for small businesses, like ours, who send goods to the EU and Northern Ireland.

The new regulation requires all businesses, including small and independent ones, to have a representative based in the EU to handle product safety matters and also requires us to maintain additional records, risk assessments etc. for all products. Setting this up is costly and takes time.

Unless we can find an effective and affordable way to comply with these rules, we have had to stop accepting online orders from Northern Ireland.

If you'd like to place an order, please do so before the 13th December 2024. After this date, the Northern Ireland shipping option will no longer be available on our website.

We’re truly sorry to all our Northern Ireland customers who will be disappointed by this change. We are working hard to find a solution and hope to restart shipping to NI in the future. Thank you so much for your past business and we hope to welcome you back soon.

UK orders are NOT affected, and all current delivery options will remain the same.
